Hayah International Academy has campaigns to promote awareness on environmental issues. During the Academic Year of 2009-2010 a fundraising was held to raise donations for Haiti and Aswan victims of the floods. In 2005 HIA held a walk-a-thon to raise funds for the victims of the Indian Ocean Tsunami.

Continuing in these efforts, HIA has joined 192 companies around the world in the Live Eart Run for Water.
